Well hellooooo there fancy people! I’ve whipped out my Babydoll head. I suppose Catwa headed me is taking a breather or something along those lines…Eitherway, dusting off the head was well worth it. Why you ask? Well, The Skinnery is, as usual, keeping the new releases coming whilst showing some love to those heads never forgotten. Not only is there this new and oh so brilliant skin, but Ms. Umazuma has graced us with these beautiful eyes as well. I am wearing eye-style 6 from the collection, but each are wildly wonderful fa sho. Currently they’re at the Chapter Four so be sure to check them out!!

Why am I using so many adjectives today? hm.

Now, dun dun dun…this freaking headpiece. I don’t know why, but I have been obsessed with headpieces lately. The gacha machine that featured this item was at the Secret Affair though not it appears the event has closed. Alas the typer is always late! Always, always. Not to worry as, well, gacha trading is always in full effect or you can bravely test your luck in the mainstore…may the RARES be in your favor. -hands out all her extra furry bras-

Hair Fair is Coming…

Helloooo beautiful people! It is that time of year — Hair Fair!!

If you’re wondering to yourself ‘What is Hair Fair?’, not to worry as I am happy to enlighten you! It’s an annual event. It’s awesome. There’s tons of exclusive hair… & most importantly, it raises moola ($$$) for an amazing charity — Wigs for Kids!

Every single transaction made at Hair Fair will donate a portion to Wigs for Kids; the charity of choice for Hair Fair 2015.

The event is opening super duper soon (like at midnight 7/11) and I definitely hope that you will stop by at some point. You have until July 26th to shop till you drop, but feel free to teleport every couple of seconds. I understand your excitement…so…so very well.

Also, please note that July 26th is also Bandana Day; the day that we remove our hair to show we care. All bandanas sold at the fair have been created by Residents all over SL and 100% of bandana sales go to Wigs for Kids. The bandanas are only available for sale during this event and shall be destroyed after it ends. Feel free to gift one to all of your friends as they are all transfer. 🙂

Hi Daredolls & Daredevils! (Yes, I have created names for you all! Daredolls for the lovely ladies and Daredevils for you gents who may enjoy looking at my posts :3). Let’s see how this writing on a post goes…It has been well over a week now without a post…but I’m here right now and that’s all that matters! I’ve been slacking due to RL; not just on posts, but in purchases as well. Shocking, I know! For once, I did not go crazy spending at all of these fantastic events. Next month will probably be a different story, but let us not speak about that just yet :3

First thing you may notice, aside from my the handsome Foofie -pinches cheeks-, is that I’m looking quite Blasian. My Blasian self is Vivienne. Yes, yessss I have invested in a new applier for my head (TMP – Babydoll — which I hardly wear…I probably will now). This is [theSkinnery]‘s Yukiko – Mocca. I immediately tped to the store as soon as the full release was available as pre-releases are, sadly, never available in my skin tone. I love this skin! Now I just need some freckles and I’d be #flawless. -snaps fingers- the world just wouldn’t be ready. 😡

Styling this post was quite the event…I made around 5 complete outfits before I found something that worked with the hair I really wanted to wear. I’ll probably blog those another time or just prance around the grid in them.

I really like the concept of this shirt. It’s sheer but covers the bits! Unfortunately, I could not find it in the store. The store building is under construction (I believe), so maybe it will re-appear sometime after the finalization of the store. If I happen to see it again, I’ll add the slurl!

But let us (lettuce :x) talk about these accessories! Mainly these shoes…-takes a moment of silence-. I love Glamistry and the little trinkets on the the side are just more bits of cuteness. The shoes come for SLink, Maitreya, and Belleza Feet! Mega plus!

In regard to the earrings, I’ve always adored these and I don’t wear them as much as I should. You aren’t able to see due to my hair, but they’re not the same length…which now I’m not quite sure of the reason I’m even mentioning it…therefore, for the sake of this post, I have on one earring that I find rather edgy. 🙂

The bag is from one of my favorite stores, Pixicat. The studs, however, were originally silver. I tinted them to be more of a dark gold to match the earrings. It is not often that I wear purses. I only wear them in images because in-world they’re just thrown around with my overly active AO.

Lastly, let me type about the fact that I’m wearing a hat. This hat is from [Shoeminati]. I don’t usually wear hats…the reason for this being hats just don’t work with mesh hair unless the hat is huge! There are a few hat friendly hairs out there, but maybe not enough (or maybe I haven’t discovered them). A trick is slightly tilting it to the side; or even upward depending on your hairstyle. You’ll get a nice look in the front, but the back will provoke concerning questions.

Dare I say this: I like voluminous & luxurious locks and it’s a crime to wear fitted caps, snapbacks, beanies…lions and tigers…bears….on with the credits!
